Welcome to Capitol Ministries Nebraska.

Our desire is to see the Unicameral affected by the Word of God so that every senator is presented complete in Christ. Capitol Ministries is singularly focused on evangelism and discipleship. We are convinced that apart from the Word of God man is lost since, "faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of Christ" (Romans 10:17). However, if a person is in Christ, "He is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17). This being the case, a person who subjects himself to Christ and the Bible and who gains a correct theology from the Bible, is "thoroughly equipped equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy 3:17).

Capitol Ministries Nebraska has several specific goals that will help accomplish these objectives of discipleship and evangelism among the senators of the Unicameral and all the elected officials in the capitol, including: solid Bible teaching for members, staff, and lobbyists, hospitality, and prayer.
