It’s exciting to see God bless Capitol Ministries and see the national ministry expanding. As we plan toward starting a ministry to Maryland’s leaders in 2008, would you pray with us for open doors to share God’s truth and make disciples in this political arena? Please pray that through verse-by-verse Bible studies and growing personal relationships, the Lord will lead men and women in Annapolis and around Maryland to respond to His Word. As hearts change, our land will change.

In the rolling hills of western Maryland, you can visit Antietam battlefield, site of the single bloodiest day in American history. It reminds me that the precious blood of Jesus has secured forgiveness of sins for those who believe on Him through His grace (Ephesians 1:7). I am also reminded that we do not war against flesh and blood, but against our enemy who fights on a spiritual level of which we must constantly be aware (Ephesians 6:12).
